Weekly Workout Wrap-Up

I worked out 5 times this week – not bad!

Sunday – ran/walked (Couch to 10k Week 2 Day 1)

Monday – 75 minute ashtanga yoga class

Tuesday – ran/walked (C210k W2D2)

Wednesday – off

Thursday – ran/walked (C210K W2D3)

Friday – off

T0day – 90 minute ashtanga yoga class

Next week, I plan to run/walk 3 times (week 3 of Couch to 10k) and go to yoga classes at least twice.  I hope to work in a strength training session, too.  I’m a little wary of doubling up on workouts, but I think I could handle an easy (e.g., not 90 minutes of ashtanga) yoga class on the same day as one of my run/walk days.
